Shipping Policies
For Local Victoria, BC customers:
We are able to accept orders via DM on our Instagram @goodjujuberry. If you live within the Greater Victoria area, we are able to deliver it to your home for a cost or you are able to pick it up from our location.
For Vancouver, BC customers:
We are also able to accept orders via DM on our Instagram @goodjujuberry. However, we are not able to deliver it to your home unless we plan on visiting the mainland.
Shipping:
We are only shipping within Canada and the U.S. at this time, and we use CanadaPost. Processing times for orders can take anywhere between 3-7 business days for in-stock items. It can then take the post office 5 - 8 business days to ship.
We are not responsible for any delays that occur after the package has been handed over to the shipping service.
Incorrect Address/Returned Packages:
If your package has been returned to us due to an incorrect/insufficient address, you will have to pay for shipping to have your package resent to you. If you no longer want the item, we will offer a refund for the value of the product. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you obtained free shipping for your order, we will refund your total purchase paid minus the shipping fees incurred by us.
Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. If you see that there is a mistake in your address prior to the item being shipped, please contact goodjujuberry@gmail.com to have your address updated as soon as possible.
Untracked Packages:
For small orders, discounted untracked shipping is available. These do not come with a tracking number and are shipped as oversized lettermail. If you choose this option of shipment, you agree to the risk of lost/missing mail.
